Unexplained Australia conducts investigations with professionalism, discreteness and with the utmost reverence towards persons (living or dead) places and property.

If you contact UA you will be treated with respect and sincerity and we will carry out your investigation with highest standards. Using "industry" standard technology and paranormal tools.

Investigations are not aimed at proving a haunting or other unexplained activity but rather trying to disprove, if evidence found cannot be disproved then it could be deemed "Paranormal".

As paranormal activity of any kind is fleeting and almost impossible to "prove". Much of the time it is left up to the individual whether evidence gathered is proof of a haunting or paranormal activity.

UA does not "egg on" entities, spirits or beings as we believe that sometimes provoking a spirit is no different from egging on a human being. This could result in an already disturbing haunting in to a much worse one.

We do not use Ouija boards, Séances or Psychics in our work although we do trust our instincts when trying to determine active places.

We also try to take into account the state of mind of the client in question. As emotions, stress and other psychological factors sometimes have an effect on an investigation or the perceived activity of a case.
